2. Services

The website allows booking appointments and purchasing gift vouchers, passes and products. Prices are in HUF and include VAT.

3. Booking

A booking is concluded upon email confirmation. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge until the deadline shown in the confirmation (24 hours before the appointment by default) using the link in the confirmation email. For late cancellations or no-shows the provider may require a deposit for future bookings.

4. Purchases and payment

Pressing the "Pay" button creates a payment obligation. Online payments are processed by the selected payment provider (Stripe / Barion); we do not process or store card data. An electronic invoice is issued for every purchase.

5. Gift vouchers and passes

Vouchers can be redeemed up to their face value within their validity period. Passes can be used up to the purchased number of sessions within their validity. Vouchers and passes cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for products under Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.). See the Withdrawal notice for details. For services, the consumer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the service has been fully performed.

7. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be submitted using the contact details above and are answered within 30 days. Consumers may turn to the competent conciliation body (bekeltetes.hu) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Miscellaneous

The provider may unilaterally amend these terms; amendments enter into force upon publication and do not affect orders already placed. Hungarian law applies to matters not regulated here.
