Dini, the little Triceratops

An imaginary dino world where every adventure teaches something

In the sessions children travel to an imaginary dinosaur world with Dini, the curious little Triceratops. Every session is a new place — a cave, a forest, a lake — and every place strengthens an important emotional skill: how to be brave, how to be a good friend, how to calm down, how to recognise our feelings and how to be grateful.

No dry “learning” — storytelling, breathing exercises, movement and drawing take turns, so children hardly notice how much they grow.

Five adventures

Every session is a new place

The Cave of Courage

A glowing “courage stone”, dino-egg breathing and a dino obstacle course — courage is not the absence of fear but trying anyway.

The Forest of Friendship

Working in pairs they build a “dino nest” together and talk about what makes a good friend.

The Lake of Calm

Wave breathing and a quiet listening game: a technique they can use at home when they get wound up.

The Volcano of Emotions

Colourful lights in the crater — every feeling is okay, we just learn how to handle it.

The Starry Path of Gratitude

Star hunting, kind messages and a shared “Starry Sky” poster — with a “Dini’s Helper” certificate at the end.
